If Galatasaray neats Genclerbirligi Oftasspor at home this week, it wins the title. Even a darw gives the title to Galatasaray.

The matches that will start at 7 p.m. on Saturday will name the champion.

The only possibility of Fenerbahce to become champion is that Galatasaray has to lose and Fenerbahce has to beat Trabzonspor in a tough away game which observers say will be a miracle.

Galatasaray beat Sivasspor in an away game 5-3 last Sunday and practically assured the Turkcell Super League soccer title. Galatasaray reached 76 points with the win while Sivas remained at 70 points. Fenerbahce also won a tough 3-2 game at home against Genclerbirligi of Ankara and remained in second place with 73 points.

All matches will be played on Saturday in the last week of the Turkcell Super League.

PKK is fighting back but without Iraqi Kurdish backing

The rapprochement between Ankara and the Iraqi Kurds seems to have clipped the wins of the PKK terrorist organization. The PKK is still trying to show it will prevail but they have to realize that this is now a losing game.
