The process regarding Turkey's accession to the European Union (EU) will be evaluated at a meeting on September 17, scheduled to be held at the headquarters of the Secretariat General for EU Affairs.

Turkish Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator Ali Babacan will chair the meeting.

High-ranking executives of related ministries and public institutions contributing to negotiation process, as well as EU experts will take part and will debate Turkey's accession process and future steps to be taken.
